Observing from behind the reception desk of the hotel I have worked for during the last summer season. And remarking the constant arrival of new people, all the time, while the most relevant ones - the workers - are most likely to disappear behind their mere roles. These are not considered as fancy as others by our current capitalist society. Still, each one of these people is extremely brave and skilled, each one with a specific story of redemption and resilience.
